High Blood Pressure, the Poisoner

In a future when you are enjoying your dinner with a group of 3 friends, have a view around; one of you will must be having high BP. It is really very difficult to know that you are experiencing it as it has no apparent diagnostics. The above normal blood pressure can lead to heart attack, congestive heart failure, stroke, or kidney failure. Certain reasons, which result in high BP are in our hand, so we could at least control them. The alone way to find out if you have high BP is to get your BP checked. The consequences of high Blood pressure are very harmful, so one should never take it leniently.

If you are repeatedly experiencing high BP then it is possible that it can get your blood vessels feeble. The flow of blood from these splitted blood vessels can took place in the brain. It can also cause stroke because this afflicted part of brain would become dead. There are many thin arteries present in brain & if any of these get blocked by a blood clot then it leads to a stroke. You would experience severe headache, problem in speaking, a light paralysis on one portion of your body like insensitivity or weakness of arm, leg or face, when you have a stroke.
