High Blood Pressure, the Pernicious Killer

In a future when you are along with your three or four colleagues, have a good look around; one of you will be definitely high blood pressure. As it has no such diagnostics so, it becomes actually tough to diagnose it. Not treated excessive blood pressure can cause heart attack or failure of your kidneys. Since there are several characteristics, which cause this high BP, so some can be controlled and some are not. The first and last procedure to find out if you are suffering from high BP is to get your BP observed. A person can even say that a high blood pressure is a Silent Killer as it is not plainly apparent but very harmful.
Your brain is very important to you and because of its various significant role the blood that flows to it must be in smooth and free manner. Very high, chronic blood pressure will eventually lead blood vessels to crack up. The leakage of blood from these splitted blood vessels is very much possible in the brain. The part of the brain that is being fed by these splitted vessels becomes numb, and this will lead to a stroke. There are multiple thin arteries found in brain & if any of these get jammed by a blood lump then it leads to a stroke. Characteristics of a stroke involve immediate dumbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of your body, dilemma, trouble speaking, or in vision & immediate severe headache.
